Receiving Mobitix

All you need is a mobile phone with Internet access registered on our website.

If you are not sure if your mobile phone is compatible check with your network operator.

After you have registered your personal details you will be asked to test your mobile phone. We do this to make sure we can send you a ticket.

If your phone passes our test, it will be registered and you will be able to book tickets with Mobitix.

If changing your handset, you will need to re-register your phone for compatibility.

Once you have booked your Mobitix ticket, you will be sent an SMS with a link to your Mobitix ticket. You will then have to download your ticket to your mobile phone. In order to download your ticket you will need access to Internet via your mobile phone.

Each passenger must have a mobile phone registered with Mobitix
